Creations: The Labyrinth for Peace in the Community The Labyrinth for Peace in the Community was built on an open green space at E136th Street in the Bronx for the anniversary of September 11th. It was dedicated to all victims of violence and is a call for peace in the community. This was a collaboration bringing together children, adults, families, individuals and organizations and providing them with a way of actively creating steps for peace and healing in their lives. Inspired by the presence of the labyrinth, the local community is now seeking funding to transform the site into an environmental education center with the labyrinth as the center piece.
